I started my journey as a massage therapist over 16 years ago working as an assistant in a chiropractic office. In 2009 I began my official training back home in Chicago IL, where I was born and raised. I continued my career in Phoenix AZ, while studying Herbalism and Holistic Nutrition. Over the last number of years I have maintained my clientele in Arizona even after moving to Southern California in 2017. Currently, I run my busy massage practice in Orange County where my husband and I now call home.
Online booking is available for office visits only. My office is located inside The Haven at Magnolia Wellness in Costa Mesa, CA.

In all of the years I have been working in this field I have had the opportunity to serve a very broad community base. From children to seniors, professional athletes, weekend warriors, people recovering from major traumatic events, women in all stages of their pregnancy journeys, pre and post opp folks, quadriplegics and those living with major physical and structural issues, people living with dementia, people living with Parkinson’s, people living with chronic pain, and all of the those who know the importance of self care...I have truly enjoyed seeing the shifts that bodywork can make in people, in body mind and spirit! It has been a privilege getting to work with every single person that has put themselves in my hands, literally!
